Z370 Asus hero maximus ac/wifi secure erase problems

hi i cant secure erase my drive. i put my 960evo in the second m.2 place because is easyer to get to with my graphics cards. however i updated the bios and cannot get the secure erase to reconize my drive?

i also have a paid copy of parted magic on dvd i cant seem to use its secure erase either because when i go to load it it says cannot find pmagic 2017 sdfs

how can i secure erase this thing anyone have any ideas

Can you see the drive in the BIOS Setup? If you can't see it in BIOS Setup you're not going to see it within the Operating System or apps.

yes i see the drive. i cant see the drive when i select secure erase itys not listed but in boot devices its there

Do you have the Samsung NVMe device driver installed?

Are you using Magician version 5.2.0? Does Magician see your 960 EVO NVMe SSD?

When you click on Secure Erase in Samsung Magician does it tell you to create a bootable USB drive?
