How good are WD's recertified Drives?

I have a failing WD Blue HDD which I will RMA. According to WD, I will be getting a recertified Drive. I want to know how good these recertified Drives actually are?

i've had 2, at least 3 years ago (moved house 3 years ago, and it was before that), still going strong.

Also remember that a recertified drive is by definition better than a failing drive.
