BDOS issues with installing new ram.

Hi, I really need some help, and it seems everything I have tried has failed. I'm new to all of this, but I have been spending the last week trying to diagnosis, research, and find the solution to my RAM issues.

Previous RAM did not pass Memtest, so I bought new ones (2133 MHz Corsair Vengeance Pro, which were not compatible). I now am trying Kingston's HyperX Fury 1866 MHz.

My current ram timings are currently set at 10-11-10-30 CT2, 1866 MHz.
I changed CPU-NB Ratio to 12 (2400Mhz) because HT Link autoed to (2400MHz).
No voltages have been messed with besides manually entering the correct voltage for DRAM (1.5 V).

Specs:
AMD FX-8350 4.0 GHz
MSI 970 Gaming Pro Carbon
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070Ti
2x8 GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 1866 MHz RAM
Corsair h100i v2 Water Cooling

I would really appreciate any help, as I do not like asking for help on forums, but apparently I really do need assistance.

Solution
Reset CMOS, install the memory and boot up. Go into BIOS and set the Speed ,timings, and voltage. Leave everything else alone.
If your still having problems increase the memory voltage to 1.55
