Looking to upgrade my Gpu

Hello everyone, im new here.
Also im a newb to pc rig and such.

Well here it goes
My pc :

Processor : I5 4460 3.20ghz
Gpu : Digital alliance gtx 750ti stormx dual
Motherboard : Gigabyte H81m-ds2
Ram : 2x4gb (im not sure the brand)
psu : Fsp hexa 80+ 500w (bronze i think?)

im planning to replace my gpu with something like 980ti or 1050ti. (If any other recommendation and which brand msi/asus/galax/DA etc, really appreciated guys!)

Does my current rig compatible if i want to switch gpu? Or do i have to replace other components 1st?

well 980Ti and 1050Ti are very differently performing graphics cards
980Ti is much more powerful and close to gtx 1070 .

if you can find gtx 1060 6gb or gtx 980 (non Ti) for a good price
that would be the best pick considering the rest of your system.

if you are on a tight budget even 1050Ti will be a big improvement over 750Ti .

thank you for fast response, i didnt know that 980ti is more powerful than 1050ti mybad :(
well im gonna look for 1050ti then since indeed im on a tight budget XD
so i can just replace my gpu with my current rig right? and also im pretty confused which gtx1050ti i should get, any recommendation?
