Hi all,

New to custom routes and need some assistance. I have two wireless routers connected to my cable modem to broadcast two individual networks. Here's a not-so-good map:

So I'm connected to router 1 and I want to access the interface and devices on router 2. So I try entering 192.168.1.1 in my browser it can't find it. My router 1 has the option to add custom routes, so my question is what exactly to I enter to allow the two to communicate? Here's the fields for the custom routes on router 1:

Destination IP Address:
Subnet Mask:
Gateway:

I'd like to access the whole 192.168.1.- network from my 192.168.30.- network, not just the one device.

Any help is greatly appreciated! New to networking and would can use a bit of advice.

Solution
For MOST situations, Wireless router 1 & 2 should be configured as access points with the DHCP servers disabled and all hosts should be in the 192.168.0.x subnet. Unless this is an unusual situation, you shouldn't need routes because this should be a flat address space.
