Fractal Design Define R6 vs Phanteks Enthoo Pro M vs Something Else

I am building a new Threadripper PC and I would like some input on a case. Currently I am looking at a Fractal Design R6 or a Phanteks Enthoo Pro M.

This is a second PC that will be on my desk and I would like to have a mid tower to save space. But I also want to make sure that my hardware will fit as well. I am planning on using a Corsair H105 240mm AIO cooler for the CPU and I have a 120mm hybrid cooler for the GPU. I will also be using 1 SSD, 4 HDD and 1 optical drive for the 5.5 bay.

I want to make sure that I will have clearance to put the AIO CPU cooler either in the front or the top and still have room for the 120mm rad for GPU hybrid cooler. I am afraid that there wont be clearance at the top and back for both of these parts. And if I move the 240mm radiator to the front than I will lose my 4 HDD and/or 5.5 bay.

Does anyone have either of these cases and know if these parts will fit? If not, can you recommend another case? Cost is not really an issue as I am more concerned with fitting everything in the small space and still keeping temps down.

I was planning on using the H105 because I already have one at the house. But after looking at the Enermax Liqtech, I added the 280mm to my order. I dont think the 360mm rad will fit in R6 with the 4 HDD and the optical drive, but the 240mm should.

Some of the reviews I saw showed a big difference in cooling with the Enermax cooler that covers the whole IHS. Very impressive from Enermax.

Estimable
I've got the enthoo pro m and am very impressed with it, but I don't think I would pick either of those cases to go ON the desk as neither of them are exactly small.
Then again you want space for 4 HDDs and for an optical drive.
As far as fitting, you can fit the radiator in front comfortably in enthoo (I believe you can in R6 as well but double check this), as well as up top, even with optical drive in. The hdds are separated below by the psu cover, so radiator will never be hitting them one way or another.
I can also tell you that you have plenty of space in the back to fit the gpu single rad cooler, provided your mobo elements aren't so high as to block it. I've got the msi's z270 sli plus, and it fits just fine, never passes the edge of the back 140mm fan so 120mm rad should fit in very comfortably.

Thanks for your reply. I decided to go with the R6. I think it will fit my needs nicely. But you are right, neither of the cases are small, but have a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe and it is quite large already so anything that is just a little smaller will be nice.
