Hi. So I have an All-In-One desktop; Acer Aspire Zs600. According to Acer, this computer is capable of adding an external graphics card to the extra PCIE slot in the motherboard. So, I just bought a "Zotac GT 730 1GB 64bit DDR5". I inserted the graphics card into the PCIE slot, everything seemed to be working perfectly; the fan spinning, light on, computer on. Then, when I go into device manager; displays, I only see the "Intel HD Graphics" card. So I think to myself, OK, I probably have to install the graphics card driver. Next thing, "Graphics driver incompatible with your hardware." I watch some videos how to fix that and I get through it. Now that NVIDIA accepts my computer, "Graphics Driver: Failed, Other things: Not installed." So now I'm thinking, Hmm maybe my computer isn't reading my new graphics card. I've been going at this over 9 hours straight. PLEASE help! Money will be compensated!

I read thru the service manual for this PC. The one item that is not clear is how to connect the video out of a GPU to the screen. Is there a VGA, DVI or HDMI auxiliary connector in the chassis? What did you connect to the GPU? I you didn't connect anything to the GPU outputs, that would certainly describe the results that you're seeing.

If by chassis you mean graphics card, then yes there is hdmi, vga, and dvi. If by chassis you mean my computer, yes there are all of those. I tried to connect the graphics card to the extra display I had. Nothing happened. But I know the display works because I connected my computer directly to it.

Oh I have an extra PCIE slot. The label is PCIE x16. The graphics card has an HDMI cable running from it to my other monitor.
