Hello, I hope everyone's night is going well.

I bought a z270 board but I am currently not very happy with it, it seems as a lot of the boards are starting to go out of stock since the 8xxx cpu's came out. So I want to get a better board before it is to late.

Current Build

GTX 1080 SLI--MSI HB Bridge
7700k-- Want to get to 4.9-5.0 stable chip has been bin'd at 5.1ghz
Custom Liquid Loop
32GB Corsair 3000 RGB
Evga 850 Gold Psu
Motherboard Asrock zz270 Killer SLI/AC.

I read the reviews and at the price I was able to get this board for I couldn't complain. Sadly this board leaves allot to me desired. The on-board Audio is ancient. Bios is horrid, Overclocks are subpar.

More or less I want some opinion on motherboards that you would recommend. They have to be in stock, I will only use Amazon, Newegg, or B&H as I have dealt with these company in the past with no issues.

Board's that I am looking at

MSI Z270 Mpower titanium
MSI Z270 Gaming M7

I know the Mpower is pretty much the same as the M7 but I like the silver look better. If anyone knows of a better motherboard that is in stock please let me know and why. Budget is $150-$250.

Thanks,

Josh.
