Hello! I'm wanting to migrate my 2 140mm fans over from my old U14S into my new system build. I'm going to be using a Corsair 740 case. My question is can I use the 2 140s (both have 120 mounting holes) as upper case exhaust fans?

I'm just replacing my included case fans with the extra Noctuas from my current build. I'll be replacing the CPU cooler with the D15S.

Here is the fan included with the U14S

Technically, heatsink and radiator fans should be static fans, and case fans should be airflow fans - but I have used airflow fans on heatsinks without any noticeable difference in temps - you will just have very expensive case fans! Should work great without any worry.
