Hi there whenever I boot my computer it sends me to a screen where you select modes of how to start but when I click on start Windows normally it goes to the screen of starting windows and the it opens startup repair. When the repair is done it shuts down my system and the starts again and the repair starts again and again. When I click on startup repair instead of start window normally it does the repair again and again and my system does not start

Try booting into Safe Mode with command prompt. At the command prompt in safe mode, type chkdsk c: /f /r and then Enter and yes to approve the chkdsk. Reboot, let it run, and see if it helps. Chkdsk is always a good place to start.

There are lots of ways to go with this issue after chkdsk. Have you tried the "Last known good configuration" option at the boot options menu?
