I got a new CMOS battery and I swapped the older one with it. I thought the problem is already fixed when I did it but when I turn it on again after a couple of minutes it presents the old issue again, I don't know if its because of how I insert it or its just the cause of my motherboard not having a CMOS jumper cap. I inserted a CMOS that is the same as the older one which is CR2032.

Solution
Could simply be that the new battery isn't really new at all. It may have been stuck on a shelf for years and it's actual voltage now is below 3v - - - - it wouldn't be the first time that's happened.

Suggest you try another battery from a different supplier.
