ZOTAC/MSI/ASUS GTX 1050ti

Hi, new at this, been using shops' services, this time I'm planning to upgrade my GPU on my own.
Are there any difference between ASUS, ZOTAC, and MSI brand for GTX 1050TI 4GB DDR5?

Right now where I'm living, they cost:
ZOTAC $200
MSI $230 (low profile)
ASUS $295 (strix OC)


Also, I"m not sure what the descriptions in brackets mean)

Get the cheapest possible. They all work same. And perform same. And as about OC - IT MEANS OVECLOCKED so if you don't need overclock to boost the performance. Get the cheapest dude. I think gigabyte is good but you find the cheapest.
