please help me!! i have a problem with my asus motherboard

the problem is if i start the motherboard, my motherboard cant go to bios and no beep, but, the indicator lamp and all fan is on

and i scan with debug card or pc analyzer, showing code 13 (The video display has been disabled. Port B has been initialized. Next, initialize the chipset)

please help me how to fix that

PSU (brand)-
GPU (and does it have PCIE power connector and how did you connect)-

CPU : Intel Pentium 4
Motherboard : Asus P5LD2
Cooler : Standard Intel Air Cooler
Ram : Hynix 2x1gb DDR2
PSU : Dazumba 380 Watt
GPU : Geforce 9300GS

old computer, haha...

Try re-plugging your GPU.
Then Clearing CMOS (by turning off your PC, unplugging from wall, switch it on, then remove battery, reseat ram, hold power button for 30s, then plugging back battery, switch psu off and then plugin the wall and switch on and try to boot it).

Seriously you washed your motherboard?
Then you found your problem...
Did you dried it very well, no moisture left or similar? No corrosion?
Try to clean PCIE pins with a cloth same as ram slot.
MAKE SURE THAT IS COMPLETLEY DRIED! Check everywhere on motherboard.

If you washed your motherboard and didn't clean it or dry very well then you might destroyed or burned something onto motherboard or shorted, there is no fix for that unless trying to use onboard gpu, if onboard gpu works then try other gpu if not then PCIE port is dead.
