is this build good enough for 1080p 60 fps?

I'm thinking about upgrading the CPU, but I dunno.

Oh and also, 1080p 60 fps ULTRA settings.

That build should be able to max most games or come very close at 1080p 60fps.

I would not buy an i5 7500, an i5 8400 would be a much better choice. Ryzen is an option as well. The VS450 is a pretty lackluster PSU, I personally would not use that in any of my builds.
