I was on my computer after playing a game with my brand new keyboard and fairly new mouse (only a couple months old). While on eBay, with Steam open in the background, my mouse started highlighting stuff at random, as if I was clicking when I wasn't. On a whim I opened up a new tab and typed in the URL bar "hello?" then stepped away from my computer.

Then it typed back.

It typed "bey\" then back spaced a bit but I turned off my computer before I could see anything else. The next morning I ran McAfee Anti-virus and anti-spyware and it didn't find anything. What could this be? Help?

Some one has gained remote access to your PC. It is kinda like when you call the IT department at work because you are having an issue with your PC. They would ask if it is okay to gain access to your PC so that they can help you remotely. You PC has been hacked and is now allow at least one other person to access your PC meaning they can likely see what you are doing and take control of your PC. All files on your PC are at risk. Additionally, any passwords you saved in your browse may have been compromised. On top of that, your keystrokes are likely being logged (recorded), so that the hacker can go through them to search for instances where you logged into your bank account or any other sites that have your personal and financial...

The best advice I can give you is to disconnect your PC from the internet. Back up any important files on your C: Drive. Then do a complete reinstall of Windows. If you are using Windows 7 or 8 then hopefully you still have the installation disc. If you are using Windows 10, then on a different computer click on the following link to Microsoft and create a Windows 10 installation media using a 16GB USB (around $8 at Bestbuy) or blank DVD (you need a DVD burner).
