How desperate are you ??
Retail price of a strix 1070 on release was $480 so obviously its overpriced when taken in that context.

At the moment with things how they are ??
It's a perfectly acceptable price to be asking , I wouldn't sell one for much less .

That said , I wouldn't buy one at that price either.

It would not be a good time to buy it, unless you have no choice

All high(er) end gpu's are severly overpriced at the moment because of the mining bubble
There are signs however that the bubble is imploding

If that happens, gpu's like these will flood the market and prices will drop significantly

If you can wait, i would wait, it is a bad time to buy a gpu
