Suspicious seller on Amazon.co.uk

So I am shopping for a new gpu and I noticed that this one seller has a lot of gpu's very cheap. https://www.amazon.co.uk/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B01IEFHF4G&isAmazonFulfilled=0&isCBA=&marketplaceID=A1F83G8C2ARO7P&orderID=&seller=A3TF2HMXPS59BL&tab=&vasStoreID=

This guy has GTX 1080 for 318 pounds. Also 1070s varying from 246 to 300 pounds. If this is a scam why is he allowed to post on Amazon? Or is this legit?

"Brick Consultancy Ltd" does not sound like a PC hardware reseller.

Or, since you know the "company" name and location, discover their phone number and call them up.
