Need help looking for a laptop with these certain specs around $500 - $600.

Good - Screen
Good - CPU
Good - Battery life
Good - Storage
Decent - GPU
Decent - RAM
Fair - Camera
Fair - Speakers
Fair - Weight

illuminated keyboard would be nice but not needed. Will be using the laptop for editing High Rez Photos on Photoshop, editing videos on Premiere and mediocre gaming

Take a look at this $600 Acer found on Amazon US:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075FLBJV7/ref=psdc_13896615011_t2_B0762S8PYM

Screen: 2K IPS panel - that's Very Good.
CPU: A quad-core 8th-gen Intel i5 - that's Very Good.
Battery life: Acer claim 'up to 15 hours' - even if most of that is marketing fluff, it's still Good.
Storage: Only 256GBs (Fair) but it's an SSD, so I'd rate it Good.
GPU: A 2GB MX150 card - that's Good.
RAM: 8GBs of memory - that's Decent, and it can be expanded easily.
Camera and Speakers: Go on YouTube and find a review of this Acer. That will give you a better idea about these features
Weight: 5.27lbs - that's Fair.

Cheers,
