msi 1030 and gigabyte 1030 diffrent specs?

ok so i was on amazon today looking for a cheap 1030 (tamparerly cuz current gpus r 2 expensive)
and so i compares the msi 1030 with the gigabyte 1030 and this is there specs


msi had PCIE x 16 AND 1,518 MHz
gigabyte had PCIE x 4 AND 6,008 MHz

witch one should i get?
or are they both the exact same?
if they are please explain these diffrences

On Newegg, both MSI and Gigabyte have more than one model of 1030 for sale. So without specific model numbers from you, I have no way of telling you what the differences are since I have no idea what cards you're talking about.

edit: I went to Amazon and looked at the cheapest MSI and cheapest Gigabyte 1030s. The MSI one seems to have a messed up memory clock speed listed. The page for that model on the MSI site lists the same 6008 as the Gigabyte. Essentially both cards are the same. The core clocks may be a bit different but a 1030 is a 1030. They both go in a pci-ex x16 slot.
