Clean your drive with diskpart clean command (boot from windows installation media and go to command prompt).
Clean command is data destructive. Use with caution.
After that proceed with installation. Windows installation will create all the partitions necessary.
If you want to create partitions manually, you can do that with diskpart too. EFI system partition can be created this way:

Do you mean that I have to leave all partitioning thing to be made automatically by the course of installation from USB Media?

Should I unplug HDD which used to be master boot driver?

Can you also suggest me what to do with EFI partition at HDD so I could use it without repartitioning or formatting?
  5. After you have successfully installed windows 10 on SSD (with HDD is disconnected),
connect HDD and delete EFI system partition from HDD.
You'll have to use diskpart to do that.

I have Acronis Disc Director 12. Could it help?
  7. Yes - if you have Acronis, then partition manipulations are even easier.
