i5-3570 vs i5-3570S??

Is there any notable diff. bet. i5-3570 and i5-3570S in gaming? Coz tdp diff is 12w and my psu can barely support 3570S but 3570 is beyond recommended as of cooler master psu calculator.

Also should i go beyond psu rating since 3570S is 10w more than my current psu aand 3570 is 22w more.

What PSU? What GPU?
Main difference between these models is base cpu frequency. TDP difference of 12W is insignificant.

If you are running so close to your PSU's limit that 12W pushes you over, then you are already too close.

In reality it won't boost as high for as long. https://ark.intel.com/compare/65701,65702

It will show on max frame rate that can be achieved assuming your GPU can cope.
