After seeing this video, the only destination for this TV is trash?
I saw that someone solve the white screen with putting tape on metallic part but I guess this is isn't case because it seems like the diodes are burned, right?

Solution
Solid vertical or horizontal lines usually indicate a problem with the electrical contacts to the panel. Those can sometimes be fixed by massaging or clamping the edges to improve the contact.

Dotted lines like you're seeing usually indicates a problem with the circuitry driving the panel. You can try swapping the mainboard if you're a fixit kind of guy, if the TV is designed for the mainboard to be swappable (sometimes it and the panel are a single unit), and if you can find a store which will let you return it for a full refund in case it doesn't work. Otherwise, trash it and buy a new one.

It also looks like you have a problem with the backlight or diffuser sheets (the dark blotches in the middle-right side). Yet another reason...
