My pc wont boot

Just installed new mobo z370 mobo with new i3 8100 and installed new gtx 1050ti and 8gig ram my pc starts but dosent boot... no display or keyboard/mouse on

Power supply not good enough to run the system, you have something plugged in wrong, video cable in the motherboard and not the 1050Ti card. Could be lots of things, check over how you installed things, double-check your connections, maybe have someone else look it over that knows how to build computers.
