Hi,

Need a good compatible mother board for intel core2quad 6600 CPU.

Suggest me from Intel / Asus / AMD / Gigabyte / MSI It should support 16GB ram DDR2 / DDR3

Want to know if DDR3 / USB 3.0 is compatible with 6600 CPU

Look for a cheap lga775 motherboard.
LGA775 motherboards will mostly use ddr3 ram.
As to usb3.0, you can buy inexpensive usb3.0 add in cards for a pci or pcie expansion slot.

Given the age/viability of that CPU today, I'd suggest you pick up the absolute cheapest compatible LGA775 board

There were a few boards of the era that supported USB3.0, but those were the high-end/pricey boards at the time... might be tough to find one for cheap (relative the other compatible boards) today.
