Intel GMA 950 overclocking

I have a dell latitude D620. I use it for school but I want someway to improve the terrible integrated graphics performance on it.
The specs are:
core 2 duo t7600
intel gma 945
3gb ram
Windows 7

Is there any way to overclock the igpu a little bit?

Although I don't disagree with Wildcard's recommendation, even by updating the driver to the latest one (circa 2009) is will do absolutely no good.

It's not like an AMD/Nvidia Driver release, where you can expect to gain some performance (a few FPS here or there). Intel simply don't release new drivers for nearly 10 year old hardware. Hence why everyone/anyone doesn't use iGPU's for anything other than watching a movie or surfing the web.
