pc being really slow after resetting it back to default

ok so my pc was fine and then suddenly a few days ago it wouldn't load so i reset it back to being like it came out the box, When i finished it and tried installing everything i could only ever do one thing at a time if i tried more than one thing it would give me the not responding message and i would have to sit for 5-10 mins for it to respond. The memory on task manager is at 70% but before i reset everything my pc would work fine with no problems and i could have lots of different things going.
My Build:
CPU - AMD FX-8370 no OC and standard fan
GPU - Zotac GTX 1060 6GB
Memory - 2x4gb DDR3 1600mhz
PSU - Corsair VS550
OS - Windows 8.1
I Thought it might have something to do with my memory but im not informed enough to say that it is my memory.

then i suggest doing a fresh install of windows from cd/dvd or usb do remember to backup important files such as Documents, Media, Personal files, Game saves etc then see if you have that problem

by reinstall do you mean take it out and put it back in? because i just did that and it seems to have helped a bit. How can i check all my drivers are updated? can i do it through the device manager?. thanks for helping

yes, that is what i meant, you can go to nvidias website and they will have a driver installer for your GPU, here is a quick link, as i am on limited time https://www.drivereasy.com/knowledge/how-to-manually-install-a-driver-in-windows-8-8-1/

oh yh i done that after i reset it, hoping reinstalling the ram would have fixed it thank for the help

i done it without having to insert a usb/cd, im not sure that its 100% i done it from something inside windows
