Sent my motherboard to RMA it and everything went very smoothly. I got my board back quickly. My question is does it work?!?!?!??! I never got details I did not get anything stating they fixed the issue or it is toast. Nothing on any forms telling me one way or another if it is good to go? This is my first RMA process, I am assuming it works because I can't see them shipping me back a dead board? Just wanted to get others thoughts before I go ripping my PC back apart to test if the fixed the issue. Thanks for any replys. So obviously I am looking for anyone familiar with MSI's RMA process. Do they send parts back unfixed would they notify if it was not fixed? My PC is already back together I bought a cheaper board to replace it so I would not have down time. Like I said any helpful reply is greatly appreciated!

PC is back together got a different cheaper board. I just wanted to know if anyone has been through this process. I don't expect you to know if it was fixed. Obviously I was looking for someone who is knowledgeable with MSI's RMA process. Honestly don't have to be a tool about it.

I'd gather that if they sent it back to you that it would be fixed. And yes, it is strange that they wouldn't include some kind of report on what they fixed as RMA's I've had in the past have included some paperwork to indicate that they did something.

Unfortunately I've not had the pleasure of sending any MSI products I have/had back to them through RMA, so I couldn't tell you if what they did is normal. But put it all together and see what happens! Hopefully it's all sorted now.

Good luck.
