First i'm from the netherlands so my english is not amazing..
PC Specs:
AMD: FX8370
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 1080
Ram: 16 gb ddr3
SSD
java 64 bit

When i play minecraft i have only 30/40 fps can somebody please help me

It could be your storage being full? What is your storage capacity?
If thats not the case, check your drivers and make sure they are updated to the latest version.
