I have a Enermax EGA1000EWL 1000w PS which I guess is pretty old (think I got it around 2009) but still powers like a charm.
Recently I have been getting some beeping from it going on during start ups and when it does the LED on the back of it by the power switch turns from Green to Red for the moments it does this.
From what I've read this means its a good chance one or more of the cooling fans is not running at all or spinning up fast enough so I was looking to replace them.
I wrote Enermax asking for replacements and they told me this thing is old and they haven't had parts for it for years. I wrote them back asking at least if they could give me the specs on the fans so I could see if I could find ones myself, but I have yet to hear back from them.
So does anyone have any idea of what kind (ie RPM size and things like that) the fans in this PS are and also where I might get suitable replacements?
