Does anyone know when GPU prices will go down? Bitcoin has really changed the GPU market. 5 months ago I could have bought a good GPU with the money I have right now. But because of Bitcoin and mining it with GPUs the prices have almost tripled and I can no longer buy the GPU that I wanted with the money I have. Before the "Bitcoin Boom" a 1050ti was around $175-250. A 1070 was around $430-560. Now a 1050ti strix is $500!!!!

Just hope for a bitcoin crash, because the manufacturers arent going to be investing in expanding their facilities on a market that may not last.

According to rumors, nearly all pascal gpus have ended in production to make way for Ampere in the next 2 months. I believe them since it makes perfect since and usually their accurate.
