I'm not exactly not "tech savvy" but I feel like a child at this point. Internet explorer will not let me download, load, do anything I want to do. I just want to download Chrome, Firefox, basically anything but good ole internet explorer won't allow this. I've followed instructions from other sites, I've restored the system, I seriously don't know what is going on. It was fine a few months ago when I moved, then suddenly chrome was telling me I lacked a certain file so it wouldn't open and it had progressed to this. My next move is throwing it out the window, help me.
