Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require

Well thats what it means. The BIOS thats on the mobo would have support the CPU you're installing
The BIOS would have to be 0805 or higher to support that CPU
Pentium G3258 (3.2GHz, 2C, L3:3M, GT1, 53W, rev.C0) ALL 0805
If you want that mobo and CPU I would ask whoever to update the BIOS on the mobo before they send it
Otherwise, you'll have to buy a cpu that the mobo supports first flash the BIOS then install this CPU to use it
