It will work however the headroom will be less with time as capacitors in PSU age with time. I would suggest to buy any PSU of +80 bronze efficiency (at least) 600 to 650W. It will be a much better choice for next 4yrs at least.
Most of the time, a decent PSU shows max efficiency at 50-65% load. So a 600-650W psu will run much cooler and will stay for long and for the efficiency, it will eventually draw less power from wall.
