Hello , I got GA H110M S2H with i5 7400 (Just bought them) . I have a USB with F20 BIOS Version for my motherboard . If I fit the cpu to the motherboard and try to boot , will I be able to update bios using the usb ?

If you can boot the PC you don't need a BIOS update. You must have a working PC to update the BIOS.
It is possible the board shipped with a BIOS version that will work with the processor.
If you don't have a processor that works with the boards BIOS you can see if a local PC shop can update it.
