Will this CPU cooler fit with this Motherboard?

Hi all, was just wondering if these 2 components will work together:

The CPU cooler is large and the area around the CPU socket on this motherboard seems rather small, would it fit or not?

The cooler supports the 1155 socket, as it is written in the specs. Also you will need to have 163mm clearance due to its height in your PC case.
Be sure to build in the RAM modules first and use no modules with enormous high heat spreaders.
