Is This System Enough For 720p?

Build for my brother he just wants to play games like CSGO PubG GTA V ya think it would be enough for 720p? (No overcloxking the q6600 for reasons)

Q6600 + 660 GTX

PUBG 720p Mixed settings mostly in the Medium Range
Average FPS Mid 50's It will dip in the mid 30's occasionally

GTA V 720p Mixed High to Medium settings
Lows will stay well above 35 fps

CSGO No issue here you could bump up to 1080p and be fine.
