Greetings,

As the title states, a system file (Driver) is missing on my computer, without it I cannot use anything USB-related...
Is there any way I could aquire a copy of the file?
I have of course tried the classic method using windows update through device manager but that sadly didn't work.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Try running

sfc /scannow

from the command prompt. If you don't know how to open the command prompt you can do the following:

Press: Windows key + R
In the run windows type in: cmd
Press Enter
You will see the command prompt window open, then simply type in:

sfc /scannow

and press Enter
