Hi all. So basically I'm using HWMonitor and my CPU temperature gets to around 70+ C while PC is idle, and hits 70-80 while running Fallout 4, for instance. I noticed this because I could hear the fans so loudly, which never ever happened before. PC never shuts down, though. It's been only a month since the last time I cleaned everything up and applied new thermal compound. It's also the first time this happens to me with my current setup. SYS fans also reach 100% and the "TMPIN0" temperature (motherboard) is around 40-70 C as well. No trouble at all with my GPU, which stays between 30-70 C depending on whatever I'm running. Here are my specs:
