Hoping someone can help me. I have a trek 2 HD. It’s brand new. It doesn’t download the apps to the home screen and it gets stuck on the Android Starting screen. I have done a factory reset 3 times and every time I try to register it it does the same thing. We bought 2 tablets at the same time and 1 works perfect. This is now the 3rd tablet from the manufacturer with the same problem. I just need a working tablet for my son.
