CPU Acting odd after installing new case fans

I recently installed four new case fans on my computer, all Corsair. 2 ML120's and 2 SP140's. I've noticed when playing games it takes a little longer than usual to load them and sometimes when using my computer it takes a little longer as well When online the temperature seems a little higher than usual too, at around the 50 C range. I could just be noticing things I didn't notice before, I dunno, but I don't feel like that's the case. My processor is an Intel i7 7700k, and my PSU is an A-Power 680 watt, if that helps clarify things any further, I'm not too tech savvy when it comes to this stuff. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Solution
Pulse-width modulation (PWM) is a common method of controlling computer fans. you would of plugged them into your motherboard 4pin socket so in bios switch it to pwm

It's only the stock cooler, I plan on replacing it soon though. I've made sure everything is seated properly and thermal paste has been applied. At idle with minimal activity going on it was at 50 C yeah, and no I haven't overclocked it, don't really plan to.

My apologies, what do you mean by pwn? I'm able to monitor them and have them set to "smart mode" using MSI command center, which basically sets them to adjust RPM to usage and performance accordingly.

Yeah, I suddenly realized that right after I posted, I feel like a dork. It's actually a cpu fan from another Intel processor (all the more reason why I'm going to replaced it soon, however it's done decent in the long run).

I fooled around a bit more with the fan settings, temperature seems to be fine now, idling at about 35-40 C. I don't know why it was acting so strange earlier, but things seem okay now. I'll still keep an eye on it though, thanks for the help!

There is no stock intel cooler that is capable of taming a 7700k, intel recommends a 130W cooling solution, they don't have one of those, that'll be why it runs warm at idle.
