I'm try to build ny own mini itx ryzen
Amd ryzen 7 1700 (65W)
ASRock B350GTN
8GB DDR4 PC19200
Nvidia GT 710 1GB LP (19W)
Patriot Hellfire m.2 240Gb
Pico PSU 160w

And if this system using full loads does is max to 120Watt total?

I see many different max power consumption on web because they add GTX 1080

Solution
the 65W on Ryzen 7 1700 is TDP (Thermal Design Power), the maximum heat produced by the CPU once it hits full load
CPU Power consumption varies based on what kind of work you doing
just because the TDP is 65W doesn't mean that the CPU consumes 65W

Ryzen 7 1700 consumes around 50W on Idle and can hit 150W at full load
be safe and get yourself 300W PSU

besides, GT 710 is to weak to pair with r7 1700, you might want to pair it with a 960 or 970
