I have an i7-7700k. I plan on playing games like: Arma III, Squad, Battlefield, Etc.
I need an affordable CPU cooler that is under 70$: I was considering this Silverstone cooler for my 7700k:

And also looking at the

and

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA9PV3Y61170&cm_re=Noctua-_-35-608-029-_-Product

My question is which of these would be the best for my CPU, and if there is one out there that would be better, what is it?!

Solution
The problem with the NH-15s is the overall height of it. If the case being used can't handle a 160mm cooler, performance wont matter cuz the sucker wont fit in the case.

The NH-U14S, again has a height issue, only now we have to fit a 165mm cooler in to the case. Without knowing what case is being used, or at least what the CPU cooler height clearance is, going with a big air cooler could be problematic.

I suppose it doesn't have to be low profile, but I need room for my RAM. I am using a mid-ATX, and I don't plan on overclocking until I eventually get a nice water cooler.

Would the NH-U14S be a good choice??? I don't plan on overclocking with it and only plan to play games such as listed above...

A low profile cooler is possibly an issue there depending on how it's designed.

If your not planning on overclocking, you don't need anything near the levels that have been suggested. Noctua makes great stuff (I have a NH-D15), but they are overkill for what you're doing. If you decide to OC and if your case allows for it, then I'd say look at them. But as it stands now, you'd basically be wasting your cash.

Without knowing your CPU clearance, it's hard to give a definite recommendation. But something like a Cryorig H7 will likely be fine for you. It's 145mm so most cases will fit it. It has no RAM clearance issues as it doesn't overhang the RAM slots. It's mounting bracket is a solid design. It's under $40 in the US markets. It would even allow you some modest OCing if you wanted to play with that.
