Hi guys I bought new tp link wireless wifi and with this don't boot my pc then I put old card and it works please help me.my pc is desktop processor i3, graphics card 970 nvidia,ram 12

Assuming you installed it correctly and the card is the same form factor as the old one, I would guess you got a defective card. Exchange it for a new one.
