Anyone heard of not being able to switch users? When I click on switch user or log off... it restarts the computer

That's a long sfc log. Never seen one that long honestly. In this situation, I would be beginning to consider an in place repair installation of Windows. If you end up going this route, you will need a Windows installation disk (same version, service pack, and bit (32 or 64) as your version) and the Windows key. In place repair won't cost you any data, programs, or files, but it will remove all Windows updates. You'll have to reinstall those.

Make sure your disk has service pack 1 if your version has the sp added. Repair won't work otherwise. I'll explain more about the in place repair if you decide later to go down that road. Just thought I would mention it now. You might want to see if you can track down an installation...

Try running sfc /scannow from a command prompt. Start->Programs->Accessories->right click Command Prompt and "run as administrator". Type sfc /scannow. When the scan is done to get a log of the scan, copy and paste the following into the command prompt:

findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"

See if it turns up any corruption of Windows...

If you can disable the process, and the problem stops, then you would have the answer. That is unless you have used the program to reimage and perhaps the data was somehow corrupt or incomplete.

You might check in the settings of the program (if any are available) to see if any of the settings appear to be related to shutdown or restart or sleep mode. If the program is causing the issue, could be just be a glitch in that one particular element of the program or perhaps another one or just the program in general. I did notice that the computer is getting an error

actually it doesnt have to do with this program.. this program was just having the store reboot- which caused it.. so please disregard this statement.

We believe that the system is not allowing us to switch users because when it tries to, the system is getting a blue screen error which causes the system to automatically reboot

That's a long sfc log. Never seen one that long honestly. In this situation, I would be beginning to consider an in place repair installation of Windows. If you end up going this route, you will need a Windows installation disk (same version, service pack, and bit (32 or 64) as your version) and the Windows key. In place repair won't cost you any data, programs, or files, but it will remove all Windows updates. You'll have to reinstall those.

Make sure your disk has service pack 1 if your version has the sp added. Repair won't work otherwise. I'll explain more about the in place repair if you decide later to go down that road. Just thought I would mention it now. You might want to see if you can track down an installation disk in case.

Only other thing I can say for now is run chkdsk on the drive. There is alot of corruption there.
Start->Programs->Accessories->right click on Command Prompt->run as adminstrator->type chkdsk /f /r at the prompt. Then approve the operation and reboot.

If you have an installation disk of the all ways correct version of Windows you are running, you might first try plopping it in the tray and running sfc /scannow again. I have seen Windows use the disk before to make repairs. Also, you can place the disk in the tray during a chkdsk and it will sometimes use the disk for repairs. Just be careful in that case that you don't boot to the disk or you will have to wait for the disk to load and reboot :(...
