Computer simply won't turn on.

I have recently changed CPU, RAM and MoBo. Computer worked alright before changing anything. My problem began after assemblage of this setup. The computer won't turn on by clicking power button and shorting pins causes only case's LED lights to blink once and I hear silent "click" and then nothing until I switch off and on PSU once again and try shorting once more. Besides this nothing happens. I have to add that my Corsair K65 keyboard's lights are working when they are plugged in, even for long periods of time. I have checked and tried everything from troubleshooting thread.

CPU: Intel Pentium G4600
Cooler: Spartan HE924 v2
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-B250M-D3H
RAM: HyperX Fury Black 8GB(2x4GB), 2400MHz
PSU: SilentiumPC Deus G1 500W
GPU: MSI GTX 1050 TI
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
Case: Aerocool GT

Solution
I have managed to run in after another try of breadboarding. The only thing I have changed is the CPU 8 pin cable cable. I've been using 6+2 one and after changing it to 4+4 one it worked.
