Graphical artifacting, GPU drivers crashing and then an unreadable BSOD

Hello, I have a GTX980ti and have had no problems with it until recently, where I have been doing everyday browsing, watching youtube videos and scrolling through forums, for my PC to just lock up for 3-4 seconds, give me a black screen, then come back with graphic artifacts, then everything would go dodgy and BSOD on me.
I have tested the VRAM to see if that was the problem, but it seems fine, I tested 4K max settings on CoD Black Ops 3 to fill my VRAM up to the brim (max it got to was 6089/6144MB), and it was stable, my power supply I have researched extensively and it is adequate to supply 250W to my graphics card under full load, so I don't know what is going on, I go into the administrative events in event viewer to see if that gave me any clues, and I have been stumbling across 'Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered.' as an error for almost all of the times it's been doing this artifacting and BSOD'ing, so I went and installed DDU to clean my PC of any drivers, and reinstalled older ones from before to see if it was the driver, but it's still happening.
Maybe it's my power supply?

PC Specs
i5-4690 @ 3.5GHz (uses 84w of power)
Gainward Phoenix GS 'Golden Sample' GTX980Ti 6GB
2x8GB Kingston HyperX DDR3-1600MHz @1.35v (Very safe)
Corsair CX550M (Gen.2 with the silver writing, not the horrid green)
Drevo X1 240GB SSD
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
Samsung 2.5" Spinpoint 5400RPM 1TB drive (for just basic storage)

Please respond ASAP, I don't want to have to get rid of this card, it's been a godsend to me and it would suck to see it go.
