Need help with rendering machine for brother

Okay I feel like quite a newbie asking so many questions, I’ve ordered a brand new rig and am perfectly happy with the choices, but now my 14 year old brother has been saving up and wants me to build him a pc, but he has £550, he doesn’t want a crazy graphics card or anything like that, he just wants a fast cpu so he can render videos he’s recorded from his elgato or whatever it is, I was looking at the ryzen 5 series, quad core with multi threading which is 8 threads, that costs £130 which is great, but I don’t know any motherboard which are compatible at all, I’m new to the AMD side of things so completely clueless, if anyone could suggest a cheap motherboard and compatible ram I would very much be thankful, 8gb ram is all he needs but I need most of the other components too, maybe budget it out and save £150 for a 1050ti or something, recommendations highly appreciative

This is the best I could do with a 1050Ti. For the OS, download the ISO off Microsoft and not activate it. Thanks to shortages, prices for GPU and RAM is much higher:
