I was having this problem where my PC wouldnt Post but all the fans etc would spin/light up and it would keep turning on and off.I RMA'd the motherboard had them flash bios recieved the motherboard back and had same problem.I RMA'd the CPU but it wasnt faulty Im just wondering what could it be?
