My pc specs - Cpu i7 4770k

ssd - samsung pro 128 gb
motherboard - asus maximus 6 hero
ram - corsair vengance 8 x 4
psu - rm1000x
gpu - gtx 970
water cooler

Solution
I'd start by trying a different power supply. Try a different graphics card. Borrow them if you can. You don't have much information to go on so it's hard to say.
Sounds like a memory training error, without knowing more. The behavior of restarting several times and then finally getting past the POST process is usually due to unstable memory configuration. If nothing in the memory configuration has been changed recently and this just started out of the blue, then it's highly possible you have a bad memory module or the motherboard is beginning to have issues.

I would first try resetting the bios to it's default, factory configuration, by unplugging it from power, removing the motherboard CMOS battery or jumping the CMOS clear reset pins on the motherboard, for about two minutes, then put it all back like it was, plug it in and power on. Go into the bios and select the option for "optimal default" or "setup default" settings. Next, reset any custom fan settings you may have had, save settings and try to boot. It might initially do the same thing again, but once you get into Windows, restart or shut down and see if it still does it again the next time.

If that does not help the issue, the next thing I would do is download and run Memtest86 or 86+, and run it for at least five passes.

:p explosion was a joke sry and also sry for posting this in wrong section due to lack of knowledge of error , i havent yet tested what u have suggested but i tested something that i want to share - I turned off my pc and waited for 10 min and restarted it again but this time my pc starts normally no wonder why but this is not the prblm i noticed that this prblm occurs when the gap is between hours like last night i turned it off than today morning it turned it on (restart failure) day before last night same thing

Hii darkbreeze I tried what u had suggested me in the first step, i removed cmos battery and placed it back after 10 min and loaded optimized defaults in bios settings but that didnt help me, today that force restart bug has appeared once again it was like my pc tried to load windows then suddenly restarts itself and after that it loaded windows 7 f9 however this time it only restarted 1 time, i remember previsously it was like 2 to 3 times restart what should i do nxt ? Should i check my ram now?

That IS the latest version, so no extra love coming there.

I see you have two hard drives installed. Did the drive that does not currently have the OS installed on it every have windows installed on it in the past?

Have both these drives had windows installations on them at some point, whether previously or now?

Nope i bought them all togather so from the first day i was using my operating system in ssd never ever installed it on hdd although previously i was using 3 hdd i mean total of 6tb but one day my one hard drive crashed permanently..

I see, ok, well it was worth a shot. Sometimes people leave the hidden boot partition on there if they install a new drive and it ends up causing issues, but obviously that's not the case, in this case.

You might try also going into the advanced power options in control panel and disabling fast startup, hibernation and hybrid sleep. Sometimes these can interfere with a variety of things on the OS. I've even seen them cause a system to fail to restart altogether.

Then check to be sure that fast startup is disabled, which it should be after you've done that.

You can also just turn off fast restart but I recommend turning off hybrid sleep and hibernation regardless.
