CPU doesn't starts

When I switch on my PC it's CPU starts for a few seconds lights glows up and the fan also starts then after a few seconds everything shuts off also on my monitor nothing displays.This is happening again and again whenever I switch on my PC.

Your PSU, or your MoBo may well be damaged. Start with testing with a spare PSU (don't spend money yet on that until you know). If the PSU is not the cause, your MoBo is a candidate with a high probability.
